The item looks good in the picture but when you put them on they do nothing. Didn't give me cleavage or anything so I returned it.

 They really are the better boob job! May 02, 2009
These have the heft and feel of real breasts, so they enhance your bustline and move with you. Unlike other bra inserts I've used, which were basically made of foam I guess (foam domes - tee hee). And they're super easy to clean. I would recommend these to everyone.

Great Product was sent very quickly and packaged well. These are very convenient. The only negative is that it makes my bra heavy but other than that they work great!

These things are awesome. I bought them to wear with my wedding dress for a little extra something, and I've found myself wearing them daily! They provide just enough umph to give you a boost of confidence, but not draw attention to the recent "enhancement"! I'm getting my sister some for Christmas!
